With over 15 years experience, Rob Lane has a proven track record in leading and building sales and marketing divisions in both start-ups and large companies in North America and Europe. Prior to co-founding Overlay, he has held senior management positions at Tropic Networks, Marconi Optical Networks, Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe and Rank Taylor Hobson.

Rob holds a Master in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University (UK), a post-graduate Marketing diploma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from DeMontfort University (UK).
